Hi, I am running GM6.5. I would like to produce a report that can detail the number of literature requests fulfilled between a date range.

From the admin manuals, I believe "Literature Request" is held in the CAL table, and is identified by a RecType letter "F".

When I create a new report, the "Literature Request" activity doesn't seem to be listed in the "Options" tab of the report properties. I can see every other activity, but not "Literature Request".

Does anyone know how to filter out this activity?

Additionally, I am a little confused as to the folder structure in the reports centure - analysis reports are different from calender reports, so should I be creating this report in analysis or calendar?

Also, I can see a "System Report" called "Literature Fullfilment Centre - Request" but I can't get it to run???

Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks! Trav

one of my first suggestions would be to use a 3rd party application to create the report, as Goldmine reporting tools are not the best.

The RECTYPE does equal F to bring up just Literature Requests.
