Hello there, I essentially have a daily production database. The employees will input thier daily production hours and their daily production numbers of items actually produced. The quieries and tables and such calculate items per hour and things like that. What I really need is a daily production monthly review sheet. Something that kind of looks like this (The querry asks for the employee ID so that it pulls all the data for that employee):

Date 11/1 11/2 11/3 11/4 11/5 11/6
Item 1 hours 5 5 4 4 5 3
Item 2 hours 4 3 4 5 3 4
Subtotal items hours 9 8 8 9 8 7

Item 1 produced 9 8 5 6 7 5
Item 2 produced 0 1 3 3 2 4
Total Items produced 9 9 8 9 9 9

Item 1 failed 3 3 2 2 1 2
Item 2 failed 2 2 3 3 3 2
Total Items failed 5 5 5 5 4 4

Total Items Worked 14 14 13 14 13 13
Items Per hour 1.5 1.8 1.6 1.5 1.6 1.9

The query already does all the calculations so that is not the problem. I just can't get the date to repeat accross the top instead of repeating down.
I am sure that this is easy but I just can't figure out how to work it. Please help me.

You might want to look at this faq703-5466. It reports by month but can be modified to do the same by date.
