Report is not giving any output in first run

Hi all,
I have a report developed using a query written in crystal Sql designer.
When ever I run that report giving some parameter values, it is giving me zero rows, as if none of records meet the condition.
but If I run the query for second time with same parameters it runs and gives some rows.
