Report is failed on crystal Enterprise(SQL server database)

When i schedule the report on crystal Enterprise server
the report is failing with the following error

Failed to open the connection. C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\Data\procSched\atlcry001.reportjobserver\~tmp1de8646fd070e0a4.rpt

i am using SQL server database for this report

Please help me out!!

There are a couple of things you can check:

Do other reports that connect to the same database work? If so, in the CMC go to the properties of this report and make sure that the database connection is set up correctly.

If not:

Has the database client software been installed on the server?

Is the report running on an ODBC connection? If so, the server must have an ODBC connection with the EXACT SAME NAME set up as a system DSN.

If none of this works, you may have to (at least temporarily) install Crystal itself on the server so that you can open the report and try to run it through Crystal on the server. This will help diagnose any server configuration issues that might be causing your problem.
