I've setup a database that you entre the information into a form and I want to be able to print record that I am on in a report.

I can get it to print out all the records, but I only want to print out the one that I am on

Hi,
I presume you are using DoCmd.OpenReport to run the report from inside the form. When you use this technique, you can pass a filter to the report that only retrieves the record(s) that you want. I wrote an FAQ on this subject. Please see faq703-2657 (it's "j" under the FAQ tab), entitled "Use "filter" to send criteria to a report".
