I am going out of my head trying to create a report heading! At the moment all the data is in an Excel spreadsheet, which I have imported into an Access 97 database. However, there is a lot of information that needs to be printed out in one go. I have set the page to be landscape, and I cannot fit it all on. The main problem is the headers of the columns, I need to put the text in vertically, as you can in Excel. I have screen grabbed the Excel sheet and cut and pasted it all together, but it's still to long for 1 page.

For example, the data in the table is either an R, X or similar 1 character abbrevaiation. However the headers can be like "MPI Top drive", or "ASNT LEVEL II - M.P.I". Therefore, I am wasting a hell of a lot of space for a one character data cell.

Any bright ideas before I lob a perfectly good laptop out the window?
