Report Header in ReportNet?

How can I create a report title in ReportNet, that does not repeat on each page? There are sections for page header and page footer, but not for a report header and report footer.

I have a list that spans several pages. I tried putting the title in a block above the list, but this block still repeats at the top of every page.

You would have to limit the query to display on one page. Would I normally suggest is to create a title page and then create subsequent pages that have the query details.
