Hi,
I built a report CR10 and it runs fine... the user however is having records display when they shouldn't (via supression formula).

The user is using the same report on the save server and database. I had several other users open and run the report and they did not have the problem the end user is having. I checked her Crystal settings and there are not differences. The IT dept had her run the report on a different PC and the report runs fine. Has anyone seen this issue where a report behaves differently based on the pc? Could it be related to printer properties?

Any ideas are welcome.

Hi,

Can you post the supression formula? What shows that shouldn't?

Is that user using the same login credentials for the database connection?

The printer settings would not effect what records are shown or supressed, but can affect how they are displayed ( records per page, width, etc).
