Report hanging when i preview

Hi

I have got a report that has 5 parameters, DateFrom, DateTo, HourFrom, HourTo, StudentName(which select one or many). This report returns data only when i select 1 day on the date parameter. The issue is, when i select data for 7 days(week) or more, the reports keep loading until it displays a "processing has been canceled by user" error. When i run the query manually on Management Studio, it returns a month data within 2 minutes.

Hi

i believe that your report returns the error message after 30 minutes as the default timeout time for the report is set to 1800 seconds, I will suggest that you increase the time to at least an hour, which it will be 1800 * 2 = 3600 seconds, then test
