Hi I have a team of 15 people, each having there own time cards for each day of the week. The report looks something like this:

Name Date LogIn LogOut
Smith,John 2-Feb-07 900 1730
Smith,John 3-Feb-07 900 1731
" " " "
Total Hours: 40:25
Tony,Bobby 2-Feb-07 730 1600
Tony,Bobby 3-Feb-07 731 1600
""
Total Hours: 40:36
etc., etc.

Here is my problem, the report looks great except I need each employee and their days broken out on separate pages. My Sup says there is an easy way but she can't remember how to do it either. Help!!

You will find Force New Page in the properties of the Group Headers and Group Footers. I think setting this for the Footer is best.

Look for the Force New Page property in the Group properties box. Set it to something that works, ususally "Before Section"
