I currently produce a report for all directors in our company with the names of employees who have not meet thier targets. Currently the report is grouped and has pagebreaks when the director's name changes. First, the report prints out followed by a blank page. Is there a way to stop the blank page? And second, is there a way to tie the director to a table with their email addresses so the proper report can then be automatically emailed to the appropriate director? I'm a bit new to this and have a working solution that I have to email myself, just would like to take advantage of some of Access's automation. Thank you. Derek
