help--
I have created some graphs in MS access to display and print in report format. However, in the report I get a separate graph for each record that is plotted in the original graph. All of the data are summarized in the first graph and I only need to display this once.

How can I prevent this--I've tried using Grouping & Sorting, and also Setting a linked Text Box control to Hide Duplicates, all to no avail?

thanks,

chris

Fixed the problem myself. Needed to locate the graph object in the page header and then set a hidden text control with the primary key to "No duplicates".

cheers,

chris
