Report graphs not always updating

I have several reports with embedded graphs. I was having a very significant problem with the graphs updating. I thought I had solved the problem by putting an graph.requery statement in the OnFormat event. This seems to have worked for the most part, but I am still having occasional cases were the graphs do not update.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
