Report giving errors

I am using Crystal 8.5 and Crystal Enterprise 8. I have some reports that I am trying to access and it is giving me an error saying

Crystal report Viewer
The page server you are trying to connect to is not accessible. Please contact your system administrator [on page server: servername.cacheserver]

I have other reports that are viewed on the internet that are showing up just fine, it is only these few reports that are not working. These reports are used for our budgeting process and are taken off the server and added back on each year. Nothing has changed since last year, but this year they are not working. They are just simple reports, no parameters or anything, the only thing is that I do not save the data with that reports so that people always get the latest information when viewing them. All the services are running correctly and other reports are fine. I do these reports all the time and never have any problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Why would a report be removed and added back on? How are you adding them back on?

How are you launching these reports, from ePortfolio?

Have you applied the service packs?

They get removed and put back on because it is part of our budgeting system. We don't want our sale reps to make any changes thoughout the year so we take then off by removing them from the web folder ( and storing them in a different location until needed again.

We are running the reports in a web browser like Internet Explorer.

I think we might have installed a service pack a while ago, but to be honest I'm not sure. However, our other reports are working just fine so why would some reports work and not others?
