First let me say that this is my first posting and Iam new to Access so be nice and patient.

I have the same report I run indivually for all 50 states but 3 of the states give me Error Msg 2147217900 & Error 94 Invalid Use Of Null.

Does anyone have a clue why only certain states react like this?

Welcome to Tek-tips. Can you provide how your reports are filtered to a state?

Are there records for every state?

Are there any subreports or code in the report?

Even though all form/queries are the same every state has their own forms. You select the state and you enter data for that state. Yes there is a subreport that calculates.

You should not have separate forms or queries or reports for each state. Records from each state should be stored in common tables and displayed in common forms and reports.

You can apply filters/criteria to forms and reports to limit the records displayed.

I appreciate your responses...Yeah its one of those things where the boss wants his database a certain way and pretty much thats how it was structured when I got there and there is alot of data. This report is pulled weekly per state to calculate job cost vs estimates. This same boss wants another database done in a day full of reports and queries...IN A DAY I guess it all looks so easy.

What do you recommend I do?

It's hard to make any recommendations without understanding anything about your tables, data, specifications, etc.

If you are fairly new to Access, you should find some good tutorials on line. Crystal Long has some very good ones on youtube.
