I would like to have a form with say, two text boxes on it and a command button. One text box would have a beginning date, the other an ending date. When the command button is clicked a report is generated based on the dates entered. The form is linked to an Access database table and is part of a bigger VB project. Thanks for any guidance. aspvbwannab

You have many, many options. What would you like to create the reports in?? Normally Access reports, or Crystal Reports.

I prefer to create them in Crystal and open the report on an MDI Child form.

The way this would work in your case, is to create the Crystal report based on a query in your Access database. Then, when the user enters the start and end dates, set the SQL of the query to include the relevant WHERE clause, and then open the report.
