Report General ledger for total company with period and account ranges

Hi Everyone,

This is in SBT PRO 5.0

This morning i was trying to run this report "Report General ledger for total company with period and account ranges"
and i am getting this message "GL entries are being posted. Reports may not be generated while posting is in process"

Can anyone point, how can i fix this ?

Hi titoneon.

Good day!

Just open my account today. I dont if you have fix this already. But just in case...

1. Log as system manager
2. Go to Transaction, system recovery, clear flags, clear locks
3. In the system recovery clear flags, enter the company code of sbt that you are using(say, "01") and application ID is "GL"
4. Leave other parameter blank.
5. Click "Proceed"...
6. Hope it helps.

Mandaragit is right, we already encountered this problem on our company
just go to system manager and clear flags,clear locks.
