We have about 15 new products and I have been running reports with just these product totals on it. What I want to do is include a field that will calculate the perctentage of total products that each new product represents.

In my query I have the specific product listed as the criteria. There are many (probably about 100 products)

How would I achieve this? Thanks!!!!

Please be more specific to allow accurate help:

what are the fields in the query your report is based on and in the other query you want to get some total from?

How is organized your report?

Thanks for responding Lozere - I actually figured it out - But maybe you can help me with another question - I was trying to exclude three salesman from a query pull.

I tried using NOT in my query criteria. I am ok when I just use one NOT - However, when I try to exclude more than one salesrep I am having a problem. How do you structure the criteria if you want to exclude two salesman?

Thanks for your help!
