Hi,
I ran a dos program from a system that has Windows 2000. This program serves as an interface between two programs.
It's task is to generate a report and then print it to the default printer. When it is time to print, I get a Printer I/O error. The very same program was used on a Win 98 computer connected to the very same printer as the Windows 2000 computer, and it printed. The only difference are the Operating systems and the cable connecting the computers to the printer ( the win98 system was connected using a parallel cable, the win2000 system uses a USB connection.
How can I solve this problem?
