This has been happening since Access 2000 and now through 2002 and at present 2003
This application uses 2 DB's 1 with the data (Backend BE) and one with all other objects (Frontend FE)
Create a Report formatted for default printer
Compile the Frontend into an MDE
All aspects of application work fine accept running reports
Reports are called from a combo box
after update
docmd.openreport "xxx",acaspreview
docmd.maximize
Randomly the report will either display with HUGE results or extremely small results.
What you see is what also gets printed
If you immediately run the report again the exact same way it may print out correctly this time or you may have to try it 1 or 2 more times then the formatting is ok to print.
This has become a real P.I.M.A.
Thanks,
John McKenney
