Report Formating

Is there a simple way to print Names/Addresses in a report without any blank spaces between them. My problem is that I have 7 text boxes arranged vertically in a report to handle name and address information. e.g. Name1,Name2, Address1,Address2,Address3.... If someone does not fill in the Address2 info, my report obviously prints nothing in the corresponding text box, resulting in a blank space printing between Address1 and Address3. Is there an easy way to avoid this.

Run the report label wizard and have a look at the end product, it should show you the correct method
