Report Format

I am having trouble creating a report in a certain format. I have Paynumber, FirstName, Surname, Cost-Centre and Element Codes. Each person will have several different element codes, but I cannot get the element codes to list in a row rather than a column. Can any help please?
Pay No FirstName Surname Costcentre ElementCodes
01223 John Bloggs 01-03-031 12 34 56 43

It looks as if the element codes come from different records in a table having pay no as a foreign key. If this is so, you'll have to do a bit of coding to read these records and create a single record which can then be output to a single report line.
