I’m having trouble with a report – I had it correct before, but for some odd reason did not save the report.

It’s a list of statistics for individuals in my company. I can’t seem to make it work without it listing the employee’s name over and over again.

For example:

Linda M 1/14/06 7

Linda M 2/12/06 3

Linda M 5/25/06 10

Linda M 10/1/06 12

How can I make it look like this:

Linda M 1/14/06 7

2/12/06 3

5/25/06 10

10/1/06 12

Robert S. 5/15/06 4

7/21/06 23

thanks for your help.

Set the Hide Duplicates property to Yes.

Thanks for the advice. Sorry I am a bit new at Access. Where do I find the "hide duplicates" option?

This is a property of text boxes.
