Hello Everyone. Let me first thank you in advance. Now, I'm using Office XP and have created a report in Access that we the use the Tool -> Analyze -> Publish with Word command to get the report into a Word document for changes and updates so we can print. The report in Preview mode contains all of the information needed, and in the right layout but when we bring into Word, it loses some info or the layout. It seems to have the information in some of the reports as we bring it into Word, but they are not in the correct order. For instance a paragraph may be seperated and some of the information contained in the paragraph will be moved to another spot in the document. The fields are 'Memo' fields. There is plenty of room between the end of the body and the footer that marks the date, so I don't think it's a margin thing, in fact I have a blank page in word between each actual page. I'm sure it's something simple that I am overlooking, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
