Report form designer - only show 2.5 inches

I am trying to modify a report & the screen only shows approx 2.5 inches, the rest is blocked. What can I do, other than reinstalling Foxpro (this is running on a terminal server).

I just reset the Terminal Server & the problem has 'resolved' itself.
