report for users and folder access rights

I would like to get or make a report that tells me my users and what folders they have permissions to. I know this info is encrypted, but I also know someone out there has done this.

Look at the BOE XI code I posted in

You can probably adapt that for your use..

In CE10, the admin launchpad had a link called
'Object Rights Table' but that does not seem to exist in XI
