I have a program I was orignaly going to use crystal reports to print the reports with but have since desided to use the fox pro reports. How do I make a report that will print the record the user is on and not all the records ( I will be using a command button for the operation)

make sure your on correct record and then

report form (report name) to printer prompt noconsole for next 1

This seems to only bring the first record I need record 6 of 100

If you are on the record that you want printed, you can use the lines:

lnThisRec=recno()
report form myform noconsole to printer prompt for recno()= lnThisRec

Other variations are possible if you know a key field - you can 'seek', 'goto', etc.

Hope this helps.

Steve
