Report Footers in subreports 1

Hello,

I have a disclaimer that I want to put at the bottom of the pages in my reporting.
I've noticed that subreports do not have page headers or footers.
I've put my disclaimer in the Report Footer of my subreports, but can't figure how to make the disclaimer stay at the bottom.

ANy Ideas?

If you rclick on the RF in the subreport where your disclaimer is you can go to the Secion Expert and turn on the 'Print at Bottom of Page' formatting option. This will print it at the bottom of the page.

However, where is your subreport sitting in the main report?This may cause other formatting issues in the main report that you will need to play around with.

Try and see what happens.

Why is it necessary to place the disclaimer in the Subreport Footer....why don't you place it in the main report footer?

If it depends on if there is data in the subreport or special data there just use a shared variable that will be a flag to suppress the main report footer or let it display. Jim Broadbent
