Report Footer?

Ok I have a report and in the page footer I need for a list of names that are stored in a field but the field has duplicats. I need to list the names in the page footer with out duplicates I know how do do this using grouping but I can not group in the page footer.

Can you get rid of the duplicates in the report source?

not sure I can only get one name to show up. I just know that i have duplicates. I need to get all the names to show up

You need to be clearer on what you are trying to accomplish.

Is there a list of names in the footer of each page or one per page?

How does the data in your footer relate to the data on the rest of the report?

Is the data source for your report a table or a query?
