Hi:

I'm using Crystal Reports 9.0 as a front end for SQL Server. I have a large block of text that has been placed in the Report Footer section. The text is visible in Design View, but not in Print Preview and does not print. Where am I going wrong? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to make sure you don't have the Report Footer suppressed or conditionally suppressed, and that you don't have a field suppression or conditional field suppression on the text box?

Other than that, you might try resizing the text box just to test whether the margins of the text box are a factor...I'm not sure this is possible, but if they were somehow outside the page margins, the box might not print.
