Report footer need to print on bottom of page HELP 1

Anyone have a solution to have the report footer always flow to bottom of page rather than begin to print after last detail or header item.

Page footer always prints on bottom but not report footer.
For example invoice totals need to print on bottom of page.

This will work if you only have one page for each invoice:
Set the size of your detail section to fit exactly to the top of where you want the report footer to start then set the Can grow and can shrink properties to NO for the detail section
