I replaced an old Dell printer with a brand new one and now when a user prints a report from Collection Management Transaction Inquiry (Transaction-Sales-Collection Main, pick a customer and hit display) in GP 10,the fonts look weird and she can't read them with ease. I have checked all settings for the printer and they look good. Other documents print fine. Can someone tell me why this happens and how can I fix it? Thanks
