Report font size enlarges

MS ACCESS XP - I keep running into an issue with the fontsize increasing on reports when they are run. The font changes from the fontsize of 10 or 12 or whatever it is (design view) to what looks like fontsize 72 or 96 (print preview). Sometimes closing the report and re-opening it fixes the issue. Sometimes not. It happens on some computers and not others. Sometimes the print preview will show it correctly and when it prints, it prints enlarged. It's maddening.

The users may have different default templates for reports. You can find what template they are using as a default for reports under Tools>Options>Forms/Reports.
