Please correct if i'm wrong about it.

Usually when we press a button to preview a report, the report is created on run time and that temporary file for that report is stored somewhere in the harddisk.

If my statement is true, may i know where is the location that MS Access stored that temporary file?

I'm using Ms Access 2000.

Thanks

Are you using the Access Runtime?? The behavior you are describing is, to my knowledge, not defualt or common behavior for Access. Reports are stored directly in the database and displayed when called. If you "publish" a report out, that is different. But just "previewing" a report does not place a copy on your harddrive anywhere.
