Report fails with "Please verify the information in the LogOn tab"

Hello.

We are migrating from Sybase 11 to Sybase 12.5. I have several reports which are using stored procedures. The database and sprocs needed were replicated on the new 12.5 server.

I change the database properties for my reports to point to the new 12.5 server, and I get the following error:

"Please verify the information in the LogOn tab"

I have double-checked the DB logon parameters that I have entered, and they are correct.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be going on here?

Just another typical monday... more headaches.

hey turkbear...

no, that is what I did. I changed the DB log on information, and I get that error.

However, I just got an idea from a collegue ... the Sybase SQL.INI file on the crystal server may not have been updated with the 12.5 connection info. That may be our problem. I will look into that, and repost if that fixes it.
