Report Doesn't open in eportfolio

Hi All,
I have a issue.
I am working on Crystal Enterprise 10, The issue I have is, When I try to open a report in eportfolio and the report is formatted to be excel, It tries to open but it doesn't open, But I can open the same report in CMC and crystal client.

What would be the issue, Does the excel data volume problem or Memory issue?

Please help.
