A consultant developed a Crystal Report for our Lotus Notes call tracking system.
The consultant is no longer with us!
This report records the availability of our various software systems on a monthly basis.
In the past (eg. December 2003) the report would run and scan through some 1000 records and deliver a formatted report to the screen. All was working fine.
However in the past month or so the report seems to only be able to process about 150-160 records and then stops and displays only a partial report - ie only 1 or 2 applications are reported in a bar graph instead of the 10 -15 applications reported earlier.
This report uses data / time fields and elapsed time calculations. I am wondering if the report hits a "bogus" data value and cannot process the data any further e.g. elapsed time calculates out as -10,0000 seconds or something quirky like that.
Can anyone provide me some "basic" guidelines on where I should be looking for this "glitch".
Thanks again
