report does not appear in NewsInbox

Hi you Cognos-Specialists,

I start learning Cognos as a new-bie with serie 7 since 3 weeks now and have to learn it the hard way (= having the documents + hands on).

I succesfully installed all components of serie 7 and I was even able to publish a report set to upfront as Administrator, so that I can see and configure all aspects of the reports well. The

I have 2 User-calsses:
rep_user_class1, rep_user_class2.

The groups have 2 members each:
reUser11, reUser12, reUser21, reUser22.

I created 2 new Inboxes in Upfront:
UserGrp1_box and UserGrp2_box.

Now I published the report-set again (as update), this time In the publishing settings, I choose UserGrp1_box as Upfront-News Box.
Publish status tells me, that everything went fine, but the UserGrp1_box still reamins empty, not matter if I login as Administrator or repUser11, or any other user !???

I'm wandering that the publish-log-file does not show anything about the NewsBox ?

The logfile shows:

1. In section ** File Distribution Start **
- a list of all reprots with a remark [matched] at the end of the line
2. other sections:

** Hotfile Distribution Start **
** Hotfile Distribution End **

Publish Start: 08/22/2002 13:18:25.
Report Set: myRepSet
Updating an existing report set.

** New Reports Start **
** New Reports End **

** Affected Reports Start **
** Affected Reports End **

** New Power Prompt Applications Start **
** New Power Prompt Applications End **

Publish End: 08/22/2002 13:18:32.

what did I do wrong ?
why can't I see any entry in those manual created NewsBoxes ?
