Report Distribution trying to open SQL Server

Hi all!
I'm trying to create a distributed reports and I keep failing. I'm using CR versions 7.0

Fact: I created some report linked to Query witch were created with SQL Designer ( using CR07 ODBC ).
When I run them on my PC everything is OK ( query refires and I get the data to the .rpt )

Where the problem lies is that Report Distribution Expert is giving me this msg :
The report my_report.rpt has the following error:
Cannot open SQL server.
Make sure the report was generated in this machine or can be refreshed in this machine. (it can!!! X-) )

If I click ok the process continues and I can create a Setup. But at runtime, it gives me an infinite login to connect to the Oracle instance.

This matter has been bugging me for a long time...

Note:
I tried putting almost every .dll (native or 3rd party) in the distribution package with no succes.
I check in Seagate knowledge.

Is the DSN in place on the target PC with any appropriate client Software?
