I have a report that prints 7 columns across the screen and paper when printed landscape. When the user prints the report it displays data for a 5 day period. How can I correct this ....

Thanks

Your question is not clear. In the begining you are talking about "7 columns" and at the end "5 days". Please provide more information and I am sure someone will help you over here.

My report prints a date range....If I select 4/1/thru 4/30 then it displays
4/1 4/2 4/3 4/4 4/5 4/6 4/7
----- ---- ---- ---- ----- --- ------

When the user prints the report using the same range she gets...

4/1 4/2 4/3 4/4 4/5
---- ---- --- ---- ---

Its almost like a default portrait setup on her screen and printer....

Hi,
If the user's default printer is set to portrait, I believe that, absent the the user having the same printer model and settings used by the report, the default will be used..

Do the other 2 days show up on the next page or are they just gone?

I believe they printed on the next page...
Prints fine for me. I believe she can print landscape on other documents.

Is this from an application, or straight from Crystal?

Its from an vb.net app using the crystal that comes with vb.net
