Hi there, I have a status report that shows all active services in the database. This past update the report has only showed two at the bottom on every page (almost anyways). The first page has one at the very bottom, nothing above it, the second has two at the bottom, nothing above them, and the same into the fourth page. What could've possibly done this? I looked through the report properties and the query setup that it's getting its info from. Any ideas?

I am afraid I have no idea what you are saying. :-(

Normally when viewing a report, the entries start at the top and fill to the bottom. In my case it only uses the bottom two or three spots for entries, making a 1 page report into a 3-4 page report. Sorry for the confusion.

Have you looked at the page set-up, margins etc? Is there any code associated with the report?

In page setup the margins are all screwed up. The only problem is that when I change the margins back to normal it resets right back to the way it is before. I changed it to portrait layout instead of landscape and the margins got messed up in portrait mode also.

Have you tried using a generic printer, rather than your default printer? It may help to show if the printer is the problem.

You nailed it, good job! I had never thought about the printer being an issue. I had my default printer set to the receipt printer instead of my laser printer *doh*. Thanks a ton!
