report definition is not valid - visual studio 2013 - SSRS

Hello All:

I'm trying to deploy a SSRS report using VS2013 - I get the following error. how can I change the namespace. I don't even understand why it's picking up and older report definition...

The report definition is not valid. Details: The report definition has an invalid target namespace '

http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2010/01/reportdefinition'

which cannot be upgraded. (rsInvalidReportDefinition) Get Online Help
