Report data Horizontal rather than vertical 1

hey,

does anyone know how to have data in a report so that its viewed horizontal rather than vertical. an example...


name1 name2 name3 name4 name5 name6 name7
name8 name9 name10 name11 etc

Sam,

Set up your report as a multi-column report. Go into

File | Page Setup | Columns tab

Define the number of columns you want, then the across, then down order

 
not at all sure what you mean by "horz" vs. "vert". If it is not "just" to do columns, see crosstab and / or piviot table vis the ubiquitous {G1}.
