I have a report that require a data field to display in two rows side by side instead of one row all the way down. How do I do this. For ex.

Current display Need to Display:
1111 1111 4444
2222 2222 5555
3333 3333 6666
4444
5555
6666
Thanks for your help.

From the Report Designer Tab, fight click on the format section and click format with multiple columns

Thanks, wichitakid, but now, how do I force the number of rows to be 3 and then start in the next column. There max number of records for this field is 10. I need to display such that:

1111 4444 7777 1010
2222 5555 8888
3333 6666 9999

Other detail info will be displayed in section also.

TIA.

You can adjust the width of the page header and/or page footer (or nsert another detail section) to reduce the size of the detail section. Just move the cursor on the bottom border of the page header/footer until you see ->||<-, then click and hold and drag down.

Cheers,

-LW
