report creation based on form

I have a pretty complex form with multiple tabs.

Do I have to create the report by hand, or is there another way to create a report based on a form? The wizards just slam all the records into the report, but I want each page to match the information found on each tab of the form without doing it by hand.

I will if I have too, but there are almost 200 fields in this particular table.

Have you tried opening the form edit mode and doing a File/ Save As a report?
