Report Crashing

I am building a report in CR 8.5, going through Enterprise.

This particular report needs to display a string field from a table depending on the message contained in the field. If said field is NULL I suprress the whole section I created for it (to save space on the report). When I run it on my system it seems fine, but when in UA (being called through Enterprise) there is a report error and the server crashes (pageserver service problem). Any ideas?

Please post the error, and versions of CR/CE, and specifics on the UA.

Ok here's the error:

Internal error. Please contact your system admministrator [On Page Server: SERVERNAME.pageserver]

Crystal Enterprise 8

I'm not sure what you mean by specifics of the UA. They call the report via an outside application which then displays the report in a custom Active X viewer.
