Report compatibility between CR 9 & 10

I thought that I saw a little blub somewhere that said you can use Ver 9 Crystal Reports to open ver 10 saved reports.

I am going to be upgrading to CE 10 as soon as we are sent our disks. I need to know if all my users who have CR 9 on their desktops will need to go out and buy Crystal Reports 10 to open up reports that I will be migrating or publishing to the ver 10 CE installation.
