Report Closes whenever I go to next page

After opening a report which has multiple pages,if I click the next arrow at the bottom, the report closes and returns to my opening form before allowing me to view the next page. What can I do to fix this?

If you're finished with your form when you open the report you can close the form at that time.

I would like to be able to return to the form after viewing all pages of the report. Also I would like to be able to eliminate any top menu and add a button to exit from the report back to the form. Thanks
