I have several Crystal 7 reports that were designed by the previous administrator. Until recently, all users that needed to produce reports had the administrator password so they could produce their required reports. we have recently changed the administrator password and now some users can't access data. We are accessing data from SQL 7.0 and Oracle 7. Is there a way to remove the report so the user will be prompted for their password instead of default to the administrator's?

Thanks

Hi,

Changing the Administrator password should not effect the password required for accessing the database, as each Oracle database will normally have its own user and password which can be used when logging into the DB from the crystal report.
