Hi everyone. Thanks for all the previous help since as I am new to Crystal!

One other question... I am using a Select Expert to generate a report of data between two date ranges

i.e.

table.date is between 1/04/2005 12:00:00AM and 1/05/2005 11:59:59PM

What I would like to know is how do i get Crystal to append the date into the Report Header (without me having to do this manually each time i generate a report).

Aside from that I would like to allow users to generate the report via the web somehow. What is the recommend method to do this? I better look into this myself.

Thanks again for all the help!

cheers,

Create a formula and assign the values of your date range

'Dates from ' + totext(minimum({?DateR}))
+ ' to ' + totext(maximum({?DateR}))

There are various ways to display reports on th Web and some of them are quite expensive eg. Crystal Enterprise in its various flavours. You can use the java approach which is free.... me think.

Business Objects has lots of samples on their forums for every approach you wish to try

Hope it helps
